Jasbir Jassi's story is also one of the usual story of struggle which has taken this soft-spoken typical punjabi personality to the heights in punjabi music through the waves of up-down. Jassi is now a well known singer when it comes to name some of the popular ones in punjabi music industry.','

In 1993 Jasbir Jassi recorded a song "Channa ve teri vhannani" with music director Charanjit Ahuja, gues what, this number became a big hit in punjab and was soon being recocgnized as a traditional song. Jassi also performed some stage shows under the renowned theatre personality Harpal Tiwana.

The biggest influence in Jassi's life had been him mentor and spiritual guru Kashmira Singh Ji who inspired him to look beyond the horizons and reach pinnacle of perfection in his field.

Jasbir's childhood was very adventurous one as he was born and brought up in a typical town in punjab. He was the most dotted-upon member of his family. However his home environment was hardly conductive to the promotion of music and creative arts. But , having an in-born dedication towards music and singing and his early morning practices bore fruit and he mastered the art which turned into his fame and glory.
